Snow Patrol - Belfast Odyssey - 21 December 2006

Went to see Snow Patrol at the Belfast Odyssey just before Christmas and it was great !!
The band were in top form as you would expect them to be playing in front of their home crowd in Belfast. Snow Patrol have taken 12 years to get where they are and very well deserverd it is too, and jsut goes to prove that persistence is the name of the game in many cases.

My old mate Steve Strange, who was the drummer in our old band, Belfast based No Hot Ashes, organised the whole affair. Stevie has now worked the music industry for a some time and is a very well respected person in the music business dealing with acts such as Coldplay, Ash, Eminem and Snow Patrol among others.

Stevie rounded up some old rogues from the Belfast (and Scottish) Rock scene over the years, including Brian Waugh (Heavy Pettin), John 'Harve' Harbinson and guitarist Keith Harris (Stormzone), who were well pleased as their album has just been released in Japan (good luck guys), George Pringle (ex No Hot Ashes), Eddie Currie and Steve Campbell (Annexe) and the pics to prove it can be seen
HERE.
